Generally, failure to achieve a weight reduction of 5% within a period of 12 weeks is an indication for stopping your Duromine treatment. Treatment may continue beyond this point (12 weeks) provided your treating doctor continues monitoring your state of weight loss and medical conditions, and as long as weight loss is maintained.
