- Before I ask my question, let me give you some background of my diet/exercise program. Here goes. I've been fast walking 3 miles a day (continuous- without slowing down)since January 1st,2008. I've been doing 100 set-ups on the Ab-Lounger each day. I eat approxamately 1,200 - 1,500 calories a day (at the most). Fat grams I consume is less than 100 per day. This also may be 'noteworthy'... I have cut down on butter,salt,breads,and most all white products.. almost entirely.
My question is:
I have not one single pound. I weigh 160, and would like to weigh 130. What should I do different? Please help.
